Geography of Uganda
Uganda is a landlocked country located in East Africa, bordered by Kenya to the east, South Sudan to the north, the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west, Rwanda to the southwest, and Tanzania to the south. The country is situated on the East African Plateau, with an average elevation of about 1,100 meters above sea level.
Uganda is known for its diverse geography, which includes lush rainforests, rolling hills, vast savannas, and snow-capped mountains. The country is bisected by the equator, giving it a tropical climate with temperatures that range from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius throughout the year.
